3 months old.

i cant believe that next week my baby girl is going to be 3 months old. these last few months have truly been amazing. Three months of unconditional love, indescribable joy, a few sleepless nights, a billion kisses, and hundreds of smiles and coos that make me think that she just might love me too. she is just the most amazing little blessing and every night when we say our prayers i thank Heavenly Father for such an incredible gift. i love motherhood. here are a few pics i took of miss daphne this morning.

sweet tooth.

so lately this little lady of ours has been of the opinion that sleeping is for sissy's, and she's determined to be the toughest baby on the block. well, for five days straight that is. last night, i hope and pray, was the light at the end of the tunnel. she slept for 10 hours and only woke up once! hooray! so in celebration, we made cakepops...with a twist. instead of cake, i used No Pudge Fudge Brownies with Fage 0% greek yogurt. it made me feel a little bit better about eating...several. all you need is...

*No Pudge Fudge Brownie Mix (available at Trader Joe's and Fresh n Easy)
*Fage 0% greek yogurt
*Frosting of your choosing
*candy sticks from the craft store
*melting chocolates from the craft store also
*sprinkles

Bake the brownies. Let them cool completely. Mix in some of the frosting so that everything is evenly coated. roll into balls. place sticks in the center of the balls and place on cookie sheet. Put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. melt your chocolates. roll in melted chocolates and dip in sprinkles. set back on cookie sheet and place in fridge. enjoy!
